To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and staff, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered late and will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the services booked. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals To respect everyone’s time, please arrive promptly. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and could be considered a last minute cancellation, resulting in the applicable fee. Booking Requirements A valid credit card may be required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. You will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated. Emergencies We understand that life happens. In the event of an emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation with understanding.
